My order is incorrect, incomplete, etc. What do I do?
Please call us immedately at 409.209.9009 so we can figure out the best solution.
I preordered for a specific time example 11:45am. Will it be here exactly at that time?
We try to meet your time as close as possible. We do allow for plus or minus 15 minutes. That means it could arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time or 15 after the scheduled time. As always, we cannot account restaurant wait times. Our live dispatch strives to meet your time demands based on the average wait time of a restaurant.
Should I tip my driver?
Your driver works for delivery fees and your gratitude. They make every effort to earn your consideration through professionalism in appearance and demeanor, attention to detail while facilitating your delivery and transporting your food with care. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
How far do you deliver?
Gubers of SETX has a delivery radius of 20 miles from any partnered restaurant. Currently our service area is from Vinton to Winnie and Kountze to Pleasure Island. If you are in that bubble - we deliver to you. Just enter your address and see the options available to you.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Food items on the website are displayed showing Cash Prices.
How do I find out the delivery fee to my address?
From the main page of the website, enter your zip code, and complete address. Then as you select an item from a restaurant menu, the delivery fee will be calculated for that restaurant to your address. The delivery fee will vary based on your address and the restaurant that you choose.
I have a food allergy. What do I do?
Please make us aware of any food related allergies that could cause you to become ill before placing your order.

Please make sure to have a correct phone number and email when making an account. If we can not reach you for whatever reason regarding your account, your order will not be placed. This is to ensure that your order is accurate.
Please note when placing large cash orders that our drivers normally don't carry more than $20 on them so PLEASE make sure to have change or the driver will have to take the larger bills to a store to make change. Thank you!
